Stories of Respect
மரியாதையின் கதைகள்
The Dignified Final Rites Program ensures abandoned, destitute, homeless and unclaimed individuals receive a respectful farewell.
When someone dies with no family to claim them, the last act of care left to a society is a respectful farewell. Working closely with local authorities, hospitals and community stakeholders, our team handles safe transportation, documentation and funeral arrangements for those with no family or unknown identity.
Every farewell honours the cultural and legal requirements that apply — quietly, carefully, and with the same respect we would want for our own.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many were left unattended, KUT conducted final rites for hundreds of victims.
